Victoria is home to some beautiful golf courses. As Victoria is located on the southern tip of the Vancouver Island, it it surrounded by beautiful scenery and greenery. Home to sixteen golf courses – a range from public, municipal to private courses. Each golf course is located on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen speaking peoples, specifically the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations. There are some of my favourite golf courses I have been to in Victoria.
Cordova Bay Golf Course
Cordova Bay Golf Course is located in Cordova Bay, that consists of two eighteen hole layouts through forests and wetlands. Cordova Bay is “accessible to all, it features stunning views of Haro Strait and Mount Baker, boasts spectacular horticulture.” (https://www.cordovabaygolf.com/)
Cedar Hill Golf Course
Located in the heart of Victoria, Cedar Hill Golf Course is a par-67, eighteen hole course with the option of just playing the first nine holes for a smaller, cheaper option. They also offer a small driving range and putting green for practice. The course is a beautiful ascending course, with high tee boxes that look off to the whole course.

Blenkinsop Golf
Blenkinsop golf is not a golf course but a driving range, mini golf course, a pro shop, and offer lessons. They have a great driving range, with targets to hit, distances to reach and obstacles to avoid throughout the range. Their pro shop offers several services as well as equipment, clothing or accessories for your golfing game. And their mini golf course is a fun, small course that has obstacles and fun structures to explore.

Located beside the Blenkinsop Range, mini golf and pro shop is the Mount Douglas Golf Course. It is a 9-hole public golf course, voted the best in Victoria for three years consecutively! Mount Douglas Golf Course also offers a practice putting green, for when you arrive early to your tee-time.
